Walk and Talk Therapy is an outdoor talking ecotherapy that combines the benefits of an indoor counselling session, with the known benefits of nature and walking in the countryside. The mental health charity Mind found that outdoor activities can have many positive effects, including:
- improve your mood
- reduce feelings of stress or anger
- help you take time out and feel more relaxed
- improve your physical health
- improve your confidence and self-esteem
- help you be more active
