Counselling is traditionally face-to-face. But with new technology, and especially Covid-19 lockdown measures, there has been a dramatic increase in online counselling by phone and video calls. So you can feel confident that your privacy and the quality of my sessions  have been maintained:

  1. I have received specific training in online counselling, covering ethics, privacy, GDPR and good practices
  2. I following BACP guidelines on “Telephone and online counselling” and follow their Good Practice advice.
